Who We Are
Amani Muslim Women Empowerment Initiative [AMWEG] is an association of resourceful women connected by faith and zeal to promote self and collective developments and improve the well-being of women through empowering engagements, schemes and programs that are in tandem with the tenets of Islam.
The organization was constituted on 1st September 2018 and it’s duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission [CAC]. The sustainability model adopted is membership subscription to our registered Cooperative Society; Amani Women Cooperative Society [AWCS]which is the financial empowerment mechanism under Amani Muslim Women Empowerment Initiative. [AMWEG] and this subscription allows all registered members participate in schemes and programs carried out by the organization.
